The problem
Reviewing forks and large diffs by hand is slow and error-prone. I wanted to see how far AST analysis plus LLM reasoning could go as a real, monetized dev tool.
What I built
A SaaS that analyzes repos and forks: ts-morph AST parsing plus simple-git diffing plus Anthropic reasoning, with throttled Octokit ingestion, Inngest background jobs, Upstash rate-limiting, Stripe metered billing, and Sentry — all with committed test coverage.
Outcome
A working, billable AI dev-tools product in a trendy niche — proof I can take an AI idea from concept to a monetized, observable SaaS.
